The Cause of Social Anxiety Disorder & What to do to Eliminate Social Phobia

by Vlasta Kuster

The cause of social phobia must be sought in past painful events that we experienced in childhood or in adult life ( I'll explain this after a few moments).

So, what is social anxiety and how does affect our life ?

Social anxiety is a problem that many people suffer from. It is estimated that in the US alone - 15 million adults, or 6.8% of the U.S. population have social phobia every year

People feel fear of certain situations, for example: they are afraid of events where there are many people, or are afraid to attend various meetings.

They often feel fear of some specific people.

These problems can be very disturbing, as people start to avoid situations that could cause an unpleasant reaction.

However, there is a solution that forever abolishes social anxiety and that often works where everything else has failed…

1. The Cause of Social Anxiety Disorder

First of all, it is necessary to understand why a social phobia arose at all.

Social phobia does not arise overnight.

Usually, first, there are mild feelings of resistance to certain people, or to certain situations where there are more people.

Later this resistance is always increasing, until it starts to hinder everyday life.

The cause of social phobia must be sought in past painful events that we experienced in childhood or in adult life and this is why:

Every experience that people experience, shapes us and negative experiences have influence on the body.

Every feeling that we have experienced at any time in our life is recorded in our body. All fears, all sorrows and all other feelings accumulate somewhere in the subconscious.

And we are not even aware of this.

Until it is too much...

Then our sub consciousness wants to stop us, always when recognizes a situation as dangerous.

Always when a situation is at least a bit like the one in which we have experienced feelings of fear and danger in the past.

And this is called social phobia.

Our subconscious wants to protect us from people and, for this reason, sends either fear, either flutter, or three, or any other feeling, just to protect us from danger.

The subconscious wishes us well in order to stop suffering, just as we suffered in the past.

This is the basic mechanism on which the social phobia acts.

Most people are unaware that social phobia is so closely linked to the past, and it is not so important whether the painful events occurred one year ago or even 30 years ago.

For the subconscious, everything is going on in the present.

2. Eliminate the Social Phobia by Eliminating Your Cause of Social Anxiety Disorder

If we want to truly solve social phobia, the body needs to be free from negative feelings. And since these feelings, the cause of social anxiety disorder, come mainly from the past, it is necessary to find painful memories, where we felt as bad as we feel today when a social phobia arose.

Considering that social phobia is linked to discomfort when it comes to contact with people, either individuals or groups, this means that in the past, it is likely that people were those who, through their behavior, caused fear in us.

In the process of EFT therapy, we look for specific people and situations, where we felt fear. Then, with EFT therapy, these events are processed to lose emotional pain and to become neutral, so they no longer have a negative impact on us.

This is a process for which we need help with someone who is trained to help you with the elimination of fear. You will benefit mostly from someone who understands how the thoughtful and emotional world of a person is composed.

EFT therapy usually lasts 3 months and during this time you will find the real causes of your problems and will eliminate them for good.
