EFT for panic - 3 ways to use EFT against panic attacks and anxiety

by Vlasta Kuster

EFT can be used against anxiety and panic attacks in many different ways. The first way is to help ourselves alone during a panic attack. It will calm down the stress center in your middle brain, responsible for such a terrible reaction of the body.

When experiencing anxiety, the basic EFT procedure can be used.

Some temporary relief will probably be achieved, but anxiety will not be solved in this way.

Therefore, there is also a third way, i.e. the use of EFT, namely visiting a 3-month EFT therapy, where you will make use of EFT under the leadership of a top EFT therapist in a much deeper sense.

With EFT, you will reach deep into your subconscious mind and thus achieve lasting changes. Panic attacks will disappear forever, the symptoms of anxiety will fade away.

Panic attack as a virtual monster

"Panic attack is a virtal monster"

Option No.1: Tap when in the middle of a panic attack (if you can)

When in the mid of a panic attack, just tap and do not say a thing in between.

A panic attack is such a strong and terrifying experience that you probably will not be able to speak.

Then just tap (hopefully you manage to do that) ... Just tap, tap.

If you can say words, say, "I'm safe, I'm safe, I'm safe, I'm safe...", repeat this for as long as the attack is over.

By tapping, you send a soothing signal to the amygdala. In the amygdala, which is located in the middle brain, it is the center for the stress response of the body.

During a panic attack, your amygdala "goes mad".

And then just soothe it by tapping and - if you can - still say:

"I'm safe, I'm safe, I'm safe ..."

During a panic attack, all the feelings of threat and fear you have experienced over the years in your life somehow merge and form a virtual "monster”...

The feeling is terrifying and one of the most difficult experiences that people can have, though it is not connected with any external danger.

During a panic attack, the whole body goes wild, as if you were endangered, which you are certainly not.

Therefore, by tapping calm your emotions and with words:

"I'm safe, I'm safe, I'm safe..."

slowly bring your body to calm down and to understand that you are not really dying nor you have a heart attack...

... it is only just a wild game of feelings ...

Option No.2: How to use EFT for panic when experiencing anxiety

When experiencing anxiety, use the basic procedure.

- When you are afraid, tap on the karate point and say,
"Although I'm afraid, I love and accept myself."

When you tap the other spots on your face and the upper part of your body, you say, "I'm afraid."

- When you have a strong heart beat, tap on the karate point and say: "Even though my heart is beating strongly, I love and accept myself."

When you tap on the other points on your face and the upper part of your body, you say, "I have a strong heart beat."

- When you feel dizzy, tap on the karate point and say, "Although I feel dizzy, I love and accept myself."

When you tap on the other points on your face and the upper part of your body, you say: "I feel dizzy."

And similarly you can tap for all the other symptoms of anxiety.

Option No.3: Go to EFT therapy to permanently resolve anxiety and panic attacks

Traditional approaches to the treatment of anxiety and panic attacks are long-lasting and often unsuccessful, as it is about a long-term taking of medication (antidepressants and sedatives) and psychotherapy.

Yet today, I suggest something that has surprisingly good results.

It is an EFT therapy that often works where nothing else works: with EFT therapy we shorten the treatment time from years and months to weeks or days.

An experienced EFT therapist will help you get rid of your anxiety within three months, rather than in a few years.

The EFT therapist will together with you find the key negative events that have affected you, and will transform your negative subconscious beliefs. EFT therapy will change your life.

You will experience in your shoes what it means that a person gets back his emotional freedom.

You will breathe with ease and your life will become creative and fulfilling again.
