Signs of Anxiety - 3 Mistakes in Identifying them

by Vlasta Kuster

In detecting the signs of anxiety, which is a more and more common form of the modern world, people are often mistaken. Anxiety is reflected both psychologically and physically.

1. Signs of anxiety are often confused with serious illnesses

The signs of anxiety are physical and emotional. People in the state of anxiety experience

  • dizziness,
  • nausea,
  • migraine,
  • anguish,
  • head pressure,
  • pressure in the chest,
  • stomach tension.
  • pain in the muscles, abdomen, chest,
  • headache,
  • increased sweating,
  • difficult breathing and fatigue can occur.

All these physical signs are accompanied by

  • fear,
  • disturbed concentration,
  • feeling of helplessness, etc.

The most common mistake with the signs of anxiety is that people first think they are seriously ill, they worry about their health since they actually feel very bad.

Usually, the doctor carries out all examinations and does not detect any disease, although the feeling is still very bad.

2. People do not understand why these problems occur

The signs of anxiety occur due to accumulated stress in life.

People experience a lot of stressful events during their lifetime, and they put it all in the body.

When there is too much of the accumulated stress, the body can no longer function and in a certain way shows it cannot take it any longer.

Vertigo, weakness, pressure in the chest, or some other physical symptom appear.

Accumulated stress is reflected initially in the body's energy system, and later, of course, all this leads to the formation of an illness.

3. Past events affect how we feel in the present

People do not understand that the present feelings are influenced also by events from the past.

Regardless whether we experienced a difficult stress situation yesterday or 20 years ago, it is still stored somewhere in our body.

The founder Gary Craig has set up an EFT concept, where he predicts that all these stressful events accumulate in the body,  that is in the body's energy system.

When it comes to the occurrence of such a disorder, it is irrelevant when it was created - if we have experienced an emotional shock, the disorder stayed within us and it has not decreased over the years.

I suggest that you deal with your anxiety, take it seriously, and begin to help yourself with EFT therapy.

Any signs of anxiety can be resolved forever in a 3 months  by the help of an EFT therapist.
