Is Anxiety a Mental Health Disorder ?

by Vlasta Kuster

Is anxiety a “mental health disorder”?

The answer may be ‘yes’ and...

...the answer may be ‘no’.

How do we get away with it ?

Is anxiety a serious problem of modern times? The answer is - YES.

Does anxiety significantly lower down the quality of an individual's life? The answer is YES and YES.

Can anxiety permanently be eliminated ? The answer is also - YES.

But first we need to comprehend

  • what anxiety is,
  • what the cause of it is

and only then we can also understand how to get a true, lasting solution for it.

Anxiety is increasingly becoming an integral part of the rapid way of life we live today. It is simply about the stress that accumulates in our body.

The easiest way to understand this is to assume that negative emotions (i.e., stress) cause disruption in the electrical circuits of our body
(see a study A large body of research identifies associations between physiological and psychological symptoms. ).

In order to get rid of anxiety (i.e. stress and unpleasant feelings) forever, we need something to eliminate this energy disorder.

1. Mental health disorder does not mean it is a health disorder...

Many people are very scared when they feel anxious.

First they think they have serious health problems.

However, medical examinations do not show their health to be seriously bad. Despite the fact that medical examinations do not reveal any irregularities, the feeling of anxiety is unpleasant and people are very much afraid that something is wrong with them.

Many of them develop fear of illness and even fear of death. They always think of illness and death when they experience unpleasant sensations in the body.

Anxiety is caused by accumulated stress in the body.(see an article Stress symptoms: Effects on your body and behavior )

There is a specific connection among our thoughts, our emotions and our body.

People are usually not aware of this connection, though it is extremely important and also scientifically proven.

When experiencing stress, many unpleasant feelings arise in our body.

And these feelings are recorded in the body, somewhere in the energy system of the body. The problem therefore arises first in the energy system of the body, on the level of our feelings and thoughts.

When there is too much, the body is flooded with negative feelings and with negative thoughts.

And then people can control neither themselves nor their bodies anymore...

And they feel to be seriously ill. In reality,

it is necessary "only to delete" the impact of stress from the body, and health and well-being return back again. EFT therapy works just like that.

And therefore, anxiety disappears as well as a mental health disorder.

2. Anxiety is an “energy disorder”

Anxiety to my personal opinion is not a "mental health disorder", but rather an "energy disorder".

The problem is therefore on the energy level.

Therefore, there must be a solution that is just on the energy level.

In 1995, a technique known as EFT was discovered, and it solves the problems right on the energy level. EFT technique has been scientifically proven to be the most effective release technique.

When using EFT techniques, the concentration of stress hormones drops fastest. EFT technique therefore eliminates the "energy disorder".

During more than 10 years of practice I put together an EFT therapy process that permanently eliminates anxiety within 3 months.

EFT therapy is a guiding process that usually lasts for 3 months, with the EFT therapist leading the person through the most difficult painful...

...memories, and through the technique of tapping, negative feelings and negative emotions are released from the body.

Through this procedure also the thoughts change:

  • the person begins to look at life differently
  • even the thoughts become more positive. Person's general health improves, (s)he becomes more self-confident and calm.

When we eliminate the energy imbalance in the body of a person, also health automatically balances.

And so the energy disorder disappears. So that it is no longer of a concern that the person would be marked for life with a "mental health disorder".
