More and more people experience periodic or regular anxiety. Most people believe that feeling anxious is associated with health problems.

People are afraid they have heart problems and that they are at risk of life or need urgent medical help. Many people feel so unwell because of their anxiety, and fear for their life so much that they seek help also at an emergency.

But in fact, it is about the accumulated stress in their body.

After extensive medical examinations, people go home reassured, as medical personnel ensure them there is nothing physically wrong with them.
However, the feeling of anxiety continues and the problem remains.
If they are physically healthy, then where is the problem?

Why are they still so unwell ?

The reason is quite simple: people are physically healthy, but at the energy level they are exhausted. The stressful events they have been through during their lifetime gave them consequences.

All of that has accumulated somewhere on their energy level, and people simply can not function normally anymore.

Modern medicine treats a person as a physical being, and people who feel anxiety are usually physically fit according to all criteria of modern medicine, though they do not feel healthy.

And where is the cause?

The reason is simple - the person is physically healthy, but energetically exhausted..., a lot of negative feelings are accumulated in their bodies.

So the problem is not on the physical level, but in the energy, which is why the solution cannot be found on the physical, but on the energy level.

2. Solution should be sought not on the physical level, but on the energy level

Anxiety is about accumulated negative feelings that people feel in the body. Sometimes we feel more on the emotional level, and other times more on the physical.

There may be tightness in the chest, tension in the head, soft legs, tingling all over the body, stomach ache or something else. The cause of the problems encountered should be sought in the stress that this person has experienced in his life.

And the stress has accumulated in the form of blockades in the energy system of the body, these blockades are nothing but feelings of fear, sadness, horror, restlessness, anger, hatred...

When there is too much of all this accumulated stress, the body clearly shows it cannot take it anymore.
